About Bluetooth Transceiver-FAQ

Here are some frequently asked questions about Bluetooth Transceiver and the answers to them, please check them out. If you still can’t find the answer you are looking for, please feel free to contact us for more information

FAQ-Bluetooth Transceiver

1)Work with class I design overhead headphones-up to 66-99ft (10-20m) in open air line-of-sight conditions and up to 33ft(10m) in doors 2)TWS earbuds and other compact devices with short internal antennae may only achieve a limited range 3)Operation range can be affected by physical obstructions(walls, people, etc.),wireless interference(Wi-Fi routers,Wireless TV adapters etc.) also depends on receiving device

1)TV/DVD audio settings to PCM in optical mode as Transceiver doesn’t support Dolby / DTS format when using optical mode.
2) Please check TV Connection & Audio Setting
3) Make sure the music volume is at an audible level on both your sound system. Please adjust the volume.

Transceiver works best for same brand/model of headphones. Conditions in which Dual Link may not work as well-2 speakers, 1 headphone + 1 speaker, 2 different brands / I models of headphones.

1) There’s no audio signal going into the Transceiver. For AUX/RCA output-
i ) test TV audio output port by directly plugging in a pair of wired headphones to confirm there’s sound.
i i ) change your TV audio OUT setting to ” Headset ” ( for AUX) or “External Speakers”(for RCA). For Optical output i) Ensure your TV audio format is set to “PCM/LPCMapos;as the Transceiver does not decode Dolby/DTS.
2)The Transceiver and headphones are not connected properly. Re-pair and connect them as User Manuel. Once
connected, the LED indicators should turn SOLID GREEN.

FastStream/aptx-LL/aptx/SBCFastStream<-40ms
aptx-LL/aptx/SBCaptx LL<-40ms
aptx/SBCaptx<-130ms
SBCSBC<-220ms

The Transceiver supports the aptX Low Latency codec (aptX-LL) streaming audio with a ≤40ms audio delay that is undetectable by human ear, making it ideal for watching TV/movies/video without audio lag. However, to achieve this your Bluetooth receiver (headphones/speaker)must also support aptX Low Latency otherwise they will connect using the standard SBC codec which has about 220ms of audio latency.

1)Your Bluetooth device supports the same Bluetooth profiles listed in the specifications.
2)Transceiver and your device are next to each other or within feet / 1 meter .
3) Make sure both Transceiver and the Bluetooth device are in pairing mode.
4) Select the right working mode.
5) This can be caused by either the Transceiver or your headphones/speaker unintentionally pairing with another
nearby Bluetooth device. To avoid this, Please turn off all other Bluetooth devices in the area.

The Transceiver uses Class 2 Bluetooth technology, subject the working environment. The most common causes of s
range/audio cutting in and out are:
(i) an unstable Bluetooth connection – please Restore Factory Default Settings and operate it again.
(ii)wireless signal interference-turn off other wireless devices(Wi-Fi routers,Wireless TV adapters)in the vicinity of the Transceiver to check and relocate the Transceiver if necessary.
(iii) short work range of the receiving device-the effective work range is determined by BOTH the transmitting and receiving device. In this case, TWS earbuds and devices with small internal antennae may have shorter range.
(iv) unstable source – when streaming from online sources via a PC, Mac or mobile, often the audio cuts are related to your internet bandwidth. Please test with a pair of wired headphones to confirm .

1)FOR AV RECEIVERS-ONLY use the BIG 6.35MM PHONE OUT on the front panel of your AV Receiver with the 6.35mm to 3.5mm adapter.
2)DO NOT use the PREAMP output RCA (L/R) ports on the back panel of your AV Receiver-these can damage your product,FOR TV.
3) Try a different audio cable to connect the Transceiver to your audio source.

1. The item does NOT function as an audio converter; therefore, please do not expect to use the 3.5mm AUX, optical IN, or optical OUT simultaneously. 2.Bluetooth Receiver doesn’t have the built-in microphone and hence doesn’t support phone calls. 3. You can use Bluetooth Receiver either as a transmitter OR as a receiver. This adapter won’t be able to transmit and receive audio simultaneously. 4.Your paired Bluetooth headphones or speakers also need to support the codec of aptX Low Latency. Otherwise, you won’t be able to use aptX Low Latency offered by Bluetooth Receiver. The codec would be downgraded to aptX or even SBC, which may lead to noticeable audio delay. 5. We wouldn’t suggest you using Bluetooth Transceiver in the transmitter mode to pair with your car Bluetooth system, as some cars require entering a certain pin code for pairing and Bluetooth Transceiver doesn’t have the keypad for you to enter the pin code. 6.Bluetooth signal can be blocked by surrounding objects or affected by home WIFI devices(2.4Ghz)and reduce the audio quality, please put it in the right position without barrier between Bluetooth Receiver and your paired Bluetooth devices.
